Easily find the right skill
A HR group from Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France was facing a problem with availabilities of their temp workers. Indeed, temp workers were so busy that the agency needed to call them all one by one before finding someone available with the right skills. From this problem was born the idea of creating a platform in which temp workers availabilities is automatically managed. The agency then will see only temp workers who are available, with the right skills, and in the right location.
From strategy, to creation, to branding
As this platform is meant to be used internally first before being made public, we needed to offer solutions that can easily be scaled, taking into consideration problems that are specific to the company itself but also to any potential user of the platform when there is a public release.
We set up the first stone of a marketing strategy, a brand and the first operational mockups but more importantly, we develop an operational platform with modern technology we know the maintenance will last, as followed up by Google or with a strong community (Firebase, Angular 4, ElasticSearch).
We also gave legal advise for the structure to be built taking into consideration the product will eventually be spread to the whole Europe and the activity will also contain one to one advice via a call center.
A tool being tested
The brand Doko was created and we provided a developped tool to be tested and used within the company, between several structures. Our client initially planned a public release during year 2018. We are quite excited about it!
